What we can help with

• Reporting a wrong figure. The most useful message you can send. Tell us the page, the inputs you used, the result you expected, and the notice or act you are comparing against.
• Requesting a calculator. If you keep doing a tax calculation by hand in Nepal, please tell us — that is how the existing tools got built.
• Content and clarity feedback. If a guide left you confused, say which part. We would rather rewrite it than have people guess.
• Advertising and partnership enquiries. Use the same address and mention it in the subject line.
• Privacy requests. Ask us to remove a comment or an email you previously sent.

What we cannot do

We are a publisher of free calculators, not a tax practice. We cannot prepare or file your return, review your documents, calculate a personal liability on your behalf, represent you before the Inland Revenue Department, or answer questions about the status of your PAN, refund, or bluebook. For those, contact the relevant office or a licensed tax professional.

Reaching the tax authority directly

For official information, notices, and taxpayer services, use the Inland Revenue Department. Your provincial transport management office handles vehicle tax and bluebook matters.
